Cushioning - less need for corrective pads!
Formiga™ Air provides outstanding pressure and shock absorption displacing repeated pressure points on contact between the pad and the horse. This lowers the risk of skin maceration and reduces the need for ‘corrective pads’ together with saddle pads.
Additionally it provides outstanding stability and anti-slippage properties, thus the pad will not slip or move.

Brathable and absorbs moisture and sweat
Formiga™ Air contains small pores that let air and the horse's sweat through. The material quickly ventilates and dries when removed from the horse.
This ensures that the Pad is dry much longer and contains no nasty odours.

Absorbs moisture and sweat
The material has breathing and absorption capability. When you ride and your horse sweats, the moisture is quickly wicked away and the material will also absorb excessive sweat and moisture. Absorbs up to 300% of its own weight!

Fights bacteria - lowers risks of infection
The material contains active carbon, which both fights bacteria and the growth of fungus.
Less bacteria ensures lower risks of infection to your horse. Also, a lot of the breeding grounds for nasty odour disappear.

Washable - easy to wash and dries quickly
The Formiga™ Air material is easy to wash.
Either by machine-wash or hose it off and let it air dry. It will dry very quickly, in much shorter time than most other pads.
